Our Policies

At Marigold Montessori, the health, safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. We maintain a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that guide the way our nursery operates and ensure the highest standards of care. These policies are available for parents to view at any time.

To help maintain a healthy environment for all children, we ask parents not to bring their child to the nursery if they are showing signs of illness such as fever, sickness, stomach upset or other contagious conditions. If a child develops a recognised childhood illness, including measles, mumps or chickenpox, parents should notify the nursery and keep their child at home during the infectious period in line with our guidance.

Should a child become unwell during the day, we will contact parents or the nominated emergency contact to arrange collection. In the event of wider public health guidance, we will follow all relevant government recommendations and update our procedures accordingly.

Our policies help ensure a safe, caring and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
